"Angehörigengruppe Bipolare Erkrankung" is a psychotherapeutically guided group offering for relatives of people with bipolar disorder, under the theme "Was tun, wenn mein Angehöriger bipolar ist." It is run by the Ambulatorium Seelische Gesundheit and led by Dr. Yvonne Zeisig, a lead psychologist. The meetings take place on Wednesdays every two weeks in odd calendar weeks; each meeting offers the chance to raise current concerns, and attendance can be regular or only at individual dates. The group covers where the illness comes from, what treatment options exist, and how relatives can positively influence the course of treatment with concrete tips on dealing with those affected; registration is by email to yvonne.zeisig@vivantes.de.
