ASUM Mieterberatung offers free tenancy advice to tenants in Kreuzberg. It is run by asum GmbH on behalf of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district office. Topics include questions about the neighbourhood and the „Soziale Erhaltungsgebiete“, construction work tenants were not informed about, tenants' meetings, and rent and funding conditions for renovated buildings. On Thursdays, the consultation hour with the tenancy advisor takes place without an appointment, barrier-free on the first floor.
