The exhibition "Wa(h)re Gefühle" presents works by the artist Liza Avem at the Sonntags-Club. Avem is an artist from the Bi+ community, a Ukrainian who has been living in Berlin since 2024. The series was created during an inpatient therapy, in occupational therapy, and deals with topics such as multiple discrimination, bisexuality and WLW, the life of a Ukrainian woman in Germany, jobs lost in retail for health reasons, emotions that grow too big, and her passion for birds. Positive moments such as queer joy, gratitude and love also appear.
