A walkable path inscribed into the sculpture garden of Haus am Waldsee forms this artwork. The artist Ayumi Paul created it for the house's 80th anniversary. A sound composition based on the garden's birdsong before sunrise leads visitors past nine stones set into the garden and engraved with a fish inside a moon, weaving together geological processes, the migration routes of plants and animals, and historical and personal memories tied to the place. The soundwalk Fischmond am Waldsee can be played on your own mobile device, with media players to borrow at reception.
