“Barista-Kurs Filterkaffee” is a beginner workshop, requiring no prior knowledge, in which participants try out different methods of making filter coffee – from hand pour-over and siphon to Aeropress and Clever Dripper. Behind the course is Godshot, a café with high standards of coffee quality, where you are shown what little equipment you need and how to make delicious filter coffee with the best beans. Participants learn to recognise and judge differences in taste depending on parameters such as water temperature and infusion time, and try out different coffee roasts. The workshop is for anyone who wants to question the negative cliché of filter coffee and rediscover it.
