Cello Gym is a monthly group workout for intermediate to advanced cellists, a true “full body” training that improves sound production, intonation, shifting, and finger dexterity. Natasha Jaffe guides participants step by step through core technical work on scales, arpeggios, and double stops that most cellists skip or rush when practicing alone. Each session revisits recurring basics alongside new variations and offers solutions for individual struggles. A basic knowledge of shifting is required, and practice sheets are available to download in advance.
