A cultural journey to the monks of the Shaolin mother temple with a varied cultural programme. It is led by Abbot Shi Yongchuan of Shaolin Tempel Deutschland gGmbH. The trip includes intensive training in Kung Fu and Qi Gong at the Shaolin Temple, Tai Chi and meditation in Wu Dang, hikes, visits to the Damo Cave and the Golden Roof Temple, as well as sightseeing in Beijing with the Great Wall.
