This is a theatre production at the Berliner Ensemble. By Luis August Krawen and Martha Mechow, part of the WORX young directing programme, the piece tells the autobiographical story of Krawen's mother. It shows an artist struggling between citizen's benefits, cash register shifts and existential anxiety, one who supposedly never made it. It is about those people and how this (pre-)judgement has inscribed itself into their bodies and lives.
