A public panel discussion held as a side event to the Digital Summit, jointly hosted by Agora Digitale Transformation and the Stiftung Mercator. The topic is Germany's AI security institute, which is currently being built up. Questions include whether it should specialise in cybersecurity or take a broader focus, what can be learned from international models such as the British security institute, and how a German institute should be set up in terms of equipment, structure, powers and topics. Aidan Peppin (Cohere, formerly UK AI Security Institute) and Luise Kranich (BSI) will discuss, moderated by Dr. Stefan Heumann (Agora Digitale Transformation); participation is only possible with prior registration.
