The cinema at the Zeiss-Großplanetarium shows the 3D animated film "Dinosaurier (3D) – Im Reich der Giganten". Made by Neil Nightingale and Barry Cook, the film follows the young dinosaur Patchi, who as an outsider fights for his place in the primeval world and grows into a hero who leads his herd on a migration meant to secure their survival. The children's film is a 2013 British-American production and runs 91 minutes. It is rated from age 6 and recommended from age 8.
