A literary evening of conversation and reading marking the book premiere of Don Mee Choi's 'KAUMKRIEG' and 'Freely Frayed'. Choi, author of the KOR-US trilogy, explores memory, origin and history in the shadow of the Korean War, drawing on the materials of her father, who worked as a press photographer. In conversation with Uljana Wolf and Lotta Thießen, the event addresses translation, personal memory and geopolitical memory. It takes place in English and is a cooperation with Spector Books.
