The Dungeons Workshop on Painplay & Breathing is a hands-on workshop trying out different ways of using breathing when playing with pain. Depending on whether a pain impulse is given while inhaling or exhaling, the pain is felt more or less intensely; the receiving and the giving person can consciously use breathing, or set rules for it. The workshop suits beginners and experienced people alike, is held in German, and registration is required. Impact instruments can be borrowed and tried out on site.
