An evening talk on the science of networks, part of Berlin Science Week 2026, held on campus at ESMT Berlin and via livestream. It features Eric Quintane, an associate professor of organizational behavior at ESMT who researches how the networks people build at work shape outcomes from innovation to burnout. He will contrast the operational relationships that support daily work with the strategic relationships that matter for longer-term careers, and use an interactive tool he developed to show the audience how to map a network and read its patterns. The evening will be moderated by Molly Ihlbrock, director of corporate communications at ESMT Berlin.
