The Familiencafé is an open meetup for families with a children's play corner inside the library. It is run as a cooperation between the Ingeborg-Drewitz-Bibliothek and the Familienzentrum Lankwitz, whose staff are on hand for questions about family life, such as courses and leisure activities, everyday support, and parenting and development topics. It invites visitors to take a little break in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, swap experiences with other parents, browse the library or simply enjoy a coffee. Entry is free and no advance registration is needed.
