Fermenta Collective: kombucha in the jar is a workshop that explores fermentation not just through explanation, but through taste, smell, texture, macro photography and close observation. The people behind it share what they have learned from their own batches, offer practical advice, and encourage participants to trust their senses and experiment. Nobody goes home empty-handed: everyone leaves with their own 4L jar of kombucha to ferment at home, including the SCOBY, starter liquid and practical tips for keeping it happy. No equipment is needed, just a roomy bag or backpack, and vegan snacks and kombucha to drink are included.
