„Forum“ is a discussion series by the Staatsballett Berlin, led by Dr. Mariama Diagne, which places dance in a broader artistic and societal context. This evening focuses on the relationship between literature and dance, asking how literary texts can be carried forward bodily on stage. Guests are literature scholar Prof. Dr. Stefan Willer, romance studies scholar Dr. Rita Rieger, and solo dancer Michelle Willems. The event takes place in German in the foyer of the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
