The Handelskongress Deutschland is the largest and most important retail event in Germany. Leading figures from German retail, the consumer goods industry and politics meet there to discuss current challenges and developments in the sector. Under the motto #BalancingRetail, the congress looks ahead: How do we shape progress when artificial intelligence prepares or even makes decisions, and how does the human being remain the benchmark? High-calibre speakers from retail, business, science and top politics take the stage, including Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
