"How to be Soft" is a space for collective vulnerability: it begins with a short meditation, moves into an open sharing circle, and closes with a conversation about what softness means to us. It is hosted by performer and facilitator Netto Baby. The aim is to make room for grief and our softer sides instead of sidelining them, and to reclaim softness for more compassion and presence. Each person has five minutes to speak about whatever is on their heart, or simply to listen.
