KRAV MAGA Intensiv is a six-hour self-defence seminar in which effective Krav Maga techniques are trained. It is run by the Krav Maga Department, whose highly qualified instructors lead the training. The seminar simulates dangerous situations and practises principles of de-escalation as well as uncompromising defence solutions – from prevention and blocking, punching and kicking techniques to scenarios involving knife and gun threats. It is perfect for people with no prior experience from the age of 15, regardless of fitness level.
