As part of INTERFILM42, this case study looks at how the desire of people with disabilities is still often depicted through ableist images and stereotypes. Taking the Australian best-practice short film The Knight as its starting point, it shows how to work sensitively with disabled performers. With Lotte Sweeney and Maiah Stewardson.
