INTERFILM42: Festival Opening is the big opening party of the 42nd edition of the International Short Film Festival Berlin at the Volksbühne. Behind the festival is INTERFILM – Internationales Kurzfilmfestival Berlin. The evening will be hosted in English by documentary filmmaker, acrobat and circus educator Brenda Akele Jorde. A selection of festival films, musical highlights and a look behind the scenes of the preparation will be followed, as tradition goes, by dancing to Pogodina at the decks in the Sternfoyer.
