Intro To Aerial Silks (Beginner) is a sports class at Fl'air Studios Berlin in Berlin. The class is run by Fl'air Studios and is about aerial silk, the most recognisable and possibly most beautiful aerial discipline, with two pieces of fabric hanging high in the air. Participants learn how to climb the silk and make knots and wraps so that the body appears to be suspended in the air. The organisers guarantee that you will get stronger, gain confidence and do things you didn't think were possible in this class.
