„Introduction: Pilot Program – School of Resilience // Session 1" is a workshop series at Tanzfabrik Berlin that approaches resilience as a living practice. Behind it are Jan Burkhardt, Franziska Dieterich and Sigal Zouk, who combine contemporary dance and contact improvisation with developmental movement work, trauma-sensitive approaches, mediation and meditation. At its core are trust, connection, play, creativity, and the exploration and transformation of movement and relational patterns. The program invites participants to experience resilience as adaptive, regenerative and relationally oriented, and to actively co-shape how we want to design our world today and tomorrow.
