»Joe/Hab et swa is ait en« is a visionary music-theatrical concert by Uwe Rasch, performed complete for the first time in its full version from 1998–2008. It is written for 12 vocalists and 10 movement performers or a video animation. The work is an intense reflection on digitalisation, physical absence, simulation and the consequences of growing distance from reality. It is performed by the vocal ensemble AuditivVokal Dresden conducted by Olaf Katzer; the movement layer, originally conceived for live performers visible only via mirrors, is realised as video.
