"Jugendschutz bei Fortnite" is a free virtual parents' evening held via the tool "Zoom". It is organised by the Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle Multimedia-Diensteanbieter (FSM e.V.) together with the USK, with talks by Melanie Endler and Maurice Matthieu (USK), moderated by Nils Rudolf (FSM e.V.). It is about Fortnite, a game popular with children and young people: what the game is about, what the USK age ratings mean and what protective options Fortnite offers. Participants also receive practical tips on how parents can keep talking with their child about games in general and find suitable rules for playing at home, with time for questions and exchange.
