An online event with a talk about how companies should start with artificial intelligence. It is hosted by the German Society for Quality, through its Südwestfalen regional group. The talk puts not the technology but the company itself first: it begins with the company's goals and what holds teams back in daily work, followed by an honest look at one's current state regarding data and structures. Only then do suitable AI solutions come into view – along three steps: understand, decide, strategically anchor; afterwards there is time for questions and exchange.
