"Kiezsport für Frauen" is a weekly sports offer where women of any background and fitness level can get moving in a relaxed way and work on their stamina. It takes place outdoors in the garden or in the neighborhood house, focusing on the fun of movement plus light muscle and stamina building. The offer is run by the Nachbarschaftshaus Urbanstraße, which together with Sirin, a trained neighborhood sports instructor, invites women to join in. The free offer is for women only.
