A concert centered on the handpan, a Swiss invention resembling a sound sculpture that is played with fingers and hands. The musicians of KlangArt-Berlin, Wolfgang Ohmer and Peter Stein, develop their soundscapes and sound collages from handpan sounds, guitars, accordion and ethno-flute. Their compositions lead into fascinating sonic realms and convey serenity, calm and a joy of life. KlangArt Berlin are prominent representatives of handpan music whose music has surpassed the 50 million mark in downloads and streaming on Spotify alone.
