A cooking workshop where participants prepare two traditional Peruvian dishes together: Causa Limeña, a delicious potato speciality with a spicy filling, and Lomo Saltado, tender fried meat with vegetables and rice. The workshop is run by the Pangea-Haus. Participants dive into the diverse Peruvian cuisine with all their senses and discover how much culture and zest for life it holds. At the end, everyone enjoys the dishes they have cooked themselves together in a cosy round.
