»EKBOart« is an art auction where 50 to 60 works of contemporary art are sold under the hammer. It is run by the Evangelical Church Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Upper Lusatia and has supported migrants and refugees for over 30 years; the proceeds benefit church projects by and with migrants and refugees as well as the participating artists. From 6 to 14 November 2026, the works can be viewed in an exhibition on the galleries of St. Matthew's Church. The patrons this year are Bishop Dr. Christian Stäblein and Diandra Donecker of Grisebach.
