An open group practises laughter yoga outdoors on the Tempelhofer Feld: laughing for no reason through playful exercises combined with breathing techniques. Behind the offer is the initiative Lachsonne, which since 2010 has been inviting people to laugh together on the field in any weather. Laughter yoga was developed by the Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria and is said to release happiness hormones, train heart and circulation and strengthen resilience and health. Participation requires no registration or prior experience; appreciative donations are welcome.
