Laughing Yoga is a cheerful form of meditation consisting of a variety of playful laughing exercises embedded in relaxing deep breaths. It is also called 'laughter without reason', since it needs no jokes or humour. Regular, hearty laughing improves and strengthens, among other things, blood circulation, oxygen supply, the cardiovascular system and the body's own defences. Above all, though, laughing liberates and relaxes and instantly brings us into the present – bring something to drink with you.
