A reading from the thriller "Total Reset" at Bibliothek Lichtenrade. Environmental scientist Kerstin Doerenbruch depicts the year 2036, when the global temperature is lowered by a kind of artificial volcanic eruption. This geo-engineering does not benefit all regions of the world, and American scientist Grace Anderson and BND agent Luca Barbieri try to stop the spiralling geo-engineering arms race. According to the author, the scenario is not science fiction but possibly soon our last option; admission is free, registration is required.
