With Max Tschudi, a specialist retailer and lecturer at Goldhahn & Sampson, comparative analytical tasting sharpens the perception of central quality parameters such as length, complexity, balance and precision. The focus lies on the fine gradations in Chablis from Village through Premier to Grand Cru, beyond labels and classifications. The wines and water are included in the course price, with bread and cheese served alongside.
