A hands-on workshop for independent artists who want to keep working with a dance piece after its premiere. Drawing on years of experience in international communication, distribution and tour development, it presents concrete strategies: finding the right presenters and partners, presenting your own work in a targeted way, and building long-term relationships and tours from your contacts. It is not about quick fixes or a magic formula, but about how artists can approach this process strategically and realistically with limited resources.
