A talk and discussion on how the Nordic countries are preparing their populations for crises, hybrid threats and disinformation. The event is hosted by the Nordic embassies at Felleshus in cooperation with the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). The programme includes a keynote by Danish researcher Flemming Splidsboel, a presentation by Elin Orre of the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection, and a debate on the Nordics and Germany. Afterwards there is a reception with goulash, tea, schnapps and a first-aid course; the event is held mainly in English.
