"O je, Tannenbaum" is a dance piece for children aged 4 to 10 at the Stadttheater Köpenick. It comes from the dancers Eva and Greta of the dance collective OOPSALA. In a playful way it tells the journey of a Christmas tree, from being felled and decorated to being disposed of, inviting children to reflect on sustainability. Flowing movement sequences, acrobatic duets and humorous choreographies tell of the ups and downs of a friendship, and the young audience is invited to join in.
