Stimprovisation is a workshop where you can follow your sensory curiosity through movement, objects, and voice. We all stim, using movements or vocalizations for self-regulation, and for neurodivergent people it is often essential for their well-being. Dr. Aby Watson invites everyone to join, whether you identify as neurodivergent or not. No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to play and explore.
