A workshop using physical, sensory and theater-pedagogical exercises to explore the world of emotions. Behind the training is Erika Tribbioli, a freelance theater director and theater educator who runs the Italian-language theater project Il Teatro di Pan in Berlin. Starting from awareness of one's own body, breath and movement, participants approach emotions authentically without having to name or portray them. The focus lies on the nuances of feelings and on discovering new forms of expression through the body.
