The „Playfight & Rough Body Play Lab“ opens its doors for two hours of randori, meaning free fights, where rough body play allows for more fighting, emotions and a deeper exploration of power dynamics than play fights. It is guided by Montserrat „La Cabra“, an ex-professional MMA fighter from Mexico City with a background in Catch Wrestling and BJJ and experience in teaching MMA and self defence. Before the fighting, she leads participants through warm-up exercises as well as consent, safety and dos & don'ts. The format is for LGBTQIA+ & Womên, everyone joining needs a ticket, and participants should know their body, its boundaries and its needs in terms of health and safety.
