QiGong mit Jürgen is a free course teaching the 8 Brocades (8 Treasures) for beginners, the foundation of the Qi Gong practiced daily by Shaolin monks. The course is led by Jürgen Basler in the dance and movement room. Qi Gong can be translated as "mastery of life energy": the eight exercises, which people of any age can learn, support the free flow of energy through deep, conscious breathing, mental relaxation from switching off outer thoughts, and physical relaxation through harmonious, focused movements. Regular practice is said to spread well-being, vitality and liveliness in body and soul; no registration is needed, please wear comfortable clothing.
