“Räume als Bühne” is a public guided tour for adults through the exhibition “Rooms / Stages” at the Museum für Fotografie. It asks what turns a room into a stage and looks at spaces that are far more than mere backdrops in photography. Various photographers stage rooms and tell of the stories that might unfold within them. The tour leads from staged spaces and dance images to Helmut Newton's legendary stages in hotels, on streets and in theatres.
