Rücken Yoga is a yoga class with gentle, deep-acting exercises that relax and strengthen the back from the neck down to the lumbar vertebrae. The session starts actively with calm, flowing asanas that activate joints, tendons and muscles, and ends in quiet Yin Yoga, where tense areas of the body are stretched. The course is led by Nina, whose yoga aims to relax on a physical, emotional and psychological level, and who guides you through conscious breathing to inner calm, silence and retreat. The class is suitable for all levels and is subsidised by German health insurance funds as a preventive course.
