“Sanftes Yoga für Frauen (VR)” is an empathetic, considerate yoga session for women of any age. Using props such as blocks, bolsters and belts, participants practise gently and without pressure to perform. Muscles are gently strengthened, joints mobilised, fascia kept supple and the sense of balance trained, often while lying down. Meditative elements and breathing exercises promote a clear mind; information and registration are available from Amara Vohl by email or phone.
