Marcus Bösch (TH Köln) examines how AI-generated content on platforms like TikTok blurs the line between harmless humour and far-right affect. He develops the concept of "postdigital propaganda", where political alignment arises less from messages than from the algorithmically governed platform environment. The talk asks what analysis, regulation, and critique can mean once propaganda is less a discrete campaign than a condition of the platform environment.
