An evening of songs and stories about Helene Weigel and Bertolt Brecht. Scarlett O' and Jürgen Ehle let the two speak for themselves through excerpts from interviews, Brecht's working journal and poems, alongside recollections from contemporary witnesses. Brecht's texts are performed as songs, set to music by Hanns Eisler, Paul Dessau, Kurt Weill and others. Scarlett O' was born in Buckow and herself knew Weigel as a child.
