The self-help counselling is an open consultation hour offered by the self-help contact point at the MehrGenerationenHaus Wassertor 48. It is organised by the Selbsthilfe-Treffpunkt Volkssolidarität Berlin. Visitors can talk openly about self-help, get support in finding suitable self-help groups or founding new ones, and receive help locating rooms, training opportunities and networking options. The contact point also accompanies and strengthens groups in their concerns and supports them in advocacy and public relations work.
