"Shibari for Beginners: Elements (Step 1)" is the first part of a six-week beginner's course in shibari at Daruma in Berlin-Neukölln. It is run by Daruma, offering regular, structured practice that aims to go deep rather than broad and build a firm grasp of rope bondage basics. The course covers simple knots, frictions, patterns and harnesses, and introduces skills such as rope handling and tensioning. No experience, partner or own rope is needed; you can come alone or partnered, and the course is taught in English.
