The SPIRITual roundtrip through Japan's prefectures is an exclusive tasting of seven different spirits and sake from different regions of the country, from the southern tropical islands to the snowy mountains of the north. The event is run by Atelier Ginza, which provides information about manufacturers, production methods and drinking styles of the distillates on offer. The two-hour tasting is held in German and is accompanied by exciting and funny anecdotes about trips to the land of the rising sun.
