Spoons4Change is an interactive cooking evening where food serves as a starting point for cultural exchange and connection. The Hope Foundation invites you as part of its Bridging Cultures project: Ann from South Sudan and Agustina from Argentina will guide you through dishes from their cultures, sharing stories, traditions and personal perspectives along the way. Dishes include roasted red groundnuts, Salata Aswad, South Sudanese spiced tea, Sanguchitos de Miga and Empanadas Salteñas, with veggie options available. The number of participants is limited and registration is required; a donation of 7 € to the Hope Foundation is requested as a participation fee.
